    As per PM conversation, we were waiting for you to check with your site to resolve the issue. We also tried with yoursite.com/index.php as per your advise but even that does not work. And it's not about just a couple of directories that shows error " URL could not be retrieved", it happens with most of the directories. Please check back with your site,maybe your htacess. We can't do much about it.
