SEO friendly Flash menus

Hi,
I want to know is it possible to make SEO friendly Flash drop down menus, so that search engine crawlers can crawl easily. Actually I don't want to hamper the interlinking of the pages.
Please some one help me I need to fix it asap...if you can get me a example site, that will be a great help.

No such thing exists. End of story. Spiders can only index plain text, so flash is out of the question.

(Yes, Google are working on the technology for it but that does not mean that every spider in the world have it)
