    Blogger and Wordpress both are SEO friendly. But I'd prefer Wordpress for the wonderful selection of plugins and the possible customization of just about everything...

    Wordpress - simply because of plugins. Your blog will never left behind time wheel - you can always get on latest trends by using specific plugins.
