I was happy to see an article of mine published on a good PR, relevant site but then dismayed to see the publisher had added "no follow" to the resource box links. He had gotten article from Isnare and I could find nothing in their policy prohibiting this. Is this just a fact of life with article publishing or do some article sites prohibit publishers from doing this? If so, anyone aware of a list of "seo-friendly" article sites? Thanks
Wow, sorry that happened to you. And I'm sure that takes a lot of time to go and add those tags in there. I'll be sure to write this in my TOS. I think most upstanding directories will support your copyright and maintaining of your links.
Well, if anyone's interested, Isnare confirmed that they don't prohibit publishers from adding no follow to links: Thanks for that. I think I'll research some of the bigger sites to see which have policies to protect the seo aspect of authors' links.
Ezine would certainly appear to produce the most consistent results in my opinion. Even over those paid submission sites.
