If your looking for SEO forums you can't go wrong with the SEO forums at SEO.com. To discourage forum spammers the links are nofollow till you reach 50 posts.

 

Wow, 50 posts!!! I would just think that would encourage more spam. People would be more motivated to make useless comments just to increase their post count.

So are you saying that the forum at seo.com is a high traffic forum?

Yeah it is still pretty new but it is growing very fast and getting plenty of traffic already. As for spam... There are pretty strict rules for spam and post padding. Spamming the forums at SEO.com is good for and automatic permanent ban.
