Your WordPress Theme would have to be written to use H1 headings as the post and WordPress Page titles instead of the site title. The publishing system defaults to using the H1 heading for post titles and the site title for your category/archive/tag and home pages as well (which is really f---ing annoying when you think about it from a structural and semantic markup perspective).

I have a custom WordPress Theme framework that's undergoing testing right now (it's solid, but there are some features I want to add to it before releasing it to the public), if you want a copy of it, just PM me and I'll give it to you. (You will have to add your layout to the framework, as this is being written for WordPress Theme developers and not end-users.)
