I am quite new here... but from what I have seen and read (I have been reading for ages before I plucked up the gumpsion to join!) then what you need to do is put an hour or so a day asside, grab a coffee, and read some threads on this site. Try looking at the BST (Buy Sell Trade) section, seeing what people offer, then drop in to the Marketing>SEO sections, and see if you can figure out WHY people sell/buy those services, and what the drawbacks of said services are... are they white/black hat, any risk involved... Check the backlinks of your top competitors also, and see what sort of links they are getting... what seems to be their most common anchor text? That should get you started! and remember...make sure that you are targetting the correct keyterms! - As in, not too competitive, and also has a decent search volume...
Do a research for most important keywords and the most important things are backlinks (related to your site). Include your keywords in text.
