difference between Key Words and Key Phrases?

ive used both in meta data but should I structure the key phrases the same as the key words in meta? like this key words___> <meta name="keywords" content="pharmaceutical grade fish oil, liquid fish oil, purest liquid fish oil, "/>
Key Phrases__> <meta name="keyphrases" content="liquid fish oil, cla, Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), aha, American Heart Association, dpa, EPA, contain alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), Eicosapentaenoic acid, ">

or should I use the same string in the key word for the key phrases? seo help please

    Hi
keyword is single keyword search query and keyword phrase is combination of keywords and keyword phrase has less competition as compared to keyword and keyword helps for getting relevant traffic for your sites.
