it is taking too long time to open. anyway this is good social site. use meta tags and keywords, and start off page as much as you can do.
Make sure, your on page optimization is good and that you are offering something that other social networks are not, or a reason for people to join. Then begin by building links.
Social Networking sites has a lot of competitors, However i suggest you to apply keywords that has a less competitors, search it on google for your keywords, after you have a good and high traffic, you can use the keywords that has a lot of competitors, but you have to double your work.
Know thyself. Figure out what your social site has that others don't. What is your niche? Once you know that, everything else extrapolates on top of that. Keywords get defined and used in content. You search for other sites with similar keywords for both backlinks and to figure out who is linking to them (use this search in Google, "link: www.putdomainhere.com").
