SEO for paid content

    Hi,

I have some interesting content that I believe is interesting enough to pay for it. But when I made it paid content, Google would stop indexing and no one would find my content and pay for it.

My question is: How to make it available somehow to Google and keep closed for users?

My first idea was to prepare some entry pages for specific keywords, where would be list of titles of articles, leads of articles and link to the page where would be paying option.

What do think about that? Do you know some example of success in SEO for paid content? Do you have any other idea?

I think the only way to do that is through cloaking.

Same way webmasterworld does it. Which they should be banned for it.

That's my idea, but also preparing something like results list for most popular queries. And there will be title plus snippet and when clicking on some title it would link to the page where would be title plus snippet plus paying options to access to whole article.

Is it against Google policy? If so, why?
