    like - directory submission
    article submission
    press release
    blog creation, commenting
    classifieds
    guest blogging
    forums

    Which is the regular & long term way can anyone tell please ??

    Social networking, blog and forum commenting are good and you have to let them become your chores :) But try to hire someone to submit your site into directories if you want :) And do some article marketing when you can.
