SEO for Local Real-Estate and Infrastructure site

    This is a new website ::: www.aarinfrastructure.com

    This is a particular brand which covers Kolkata Real Estate Markets. Henceforth my mission is to get it in the first page of Google for keywords like office space, apartment, home for search queries generated from Kolkata and around. Any idea how to do this localized SEO ?

    Target "Kolkata" in your keywords and you will attract visitors you want for your site. You can also use Google Places, which will HELP you a lot and COSTS NOTHING (i.e. FREE) google.com/local/add/businessCenter
