    From my experience, live.com not paid attention to targeted keys.
    live.com rank your page by his title and description, you should match title to the description and it will work.

    I have a website on the first page over live, with around 212,000,000 results.

    I get most of my traffic from Google, but Live is my second source, on the same rank as Yahoo. So I guess I should show it SOME respect.
