Buying Seo for hire, pay per hour. Looking for long term

    I am looking for someone to do off site seo work for my website. I am looking to pay per hour and to work around 20-25 hours a week. Will pay by paypal at the end of the week.
    I will require report of all work done before payment.
    I am looking for people with experience with seo work.

    Article Submission

    video commenting and uploading
