Or do you mean how do you optimize for a blog?

Wordpress has mods you can install that will help with seo...

Being a little more descriptive is helpful, b/c there are tons of seo resources out there (including this site) that can teach you.

hi samirindia... i suggest to submit your blog first to directories site... if you have time you could submit about 25 directories site each day... this will help you to optimize your site... basically

 

Maintain at least 1 post everyday, search engines will love it if if you put original contents and lots of it on your blog.

Well i would like to add this to the list 25 must have basic SEO practices

 

INBOUND LINKS, Page and ARTICLE OPTIMIZATION. If you are using bloger you should be able to manipulate your title tags and meta tags.

I would look over your theme code just to make sure you have good site structure and you should be able to choose your directory structure and I would suggest using a directory structure OTHER then dynamic which has a lot of ? and different symbols in it.

 

I suggest you choose keywords carefully, make regular submissions, have plenty of inbound links, get your blog listed on sites like Technorati, and don't do anything that would get google to punish you.

Update your blog, put new contents once a day if you want. Submit your blog to blog directories and ping them once you updated your site..

 

if you have a wordpress blog you should be able to ping a bunch of sites everytime you post.

Try some plugins for your wordpress blog that allow you to enter new meta tags for each page/post.

 

Could you give a link to some of those? I've gone through tons of wordpress plugins, but I don't remember any that do that.

 

I have a great plugin for SEO'ing blogs and it's worked extremely well. But I ain't making it public just yet. When I get my 500 blogs up and running I will make it known.
