I have question regarding blog optimization. What is best way to optimize. Do you optimize the post before publishing or optimize after publishing. Also, robots and search engine won't include, if it is minimal changes. Such as if minimum changes is less than certain kb. Also when you write new post does the robot crawl the whole site or just part of the change?

Your questions regarding crawling will have different answers depending on which bot is doing the crawling. Your logs will tell the story.

If you blog's template is constructed right then all you should have to do is post and the template will take care of the seo aspects.

All the normal rules about css, js, h tags apply to a blog as much as to any other site.

Your post is confusing. You lost me on the minimum changes. All the same rules apply for blogs as they do for sites. Blogs are more powerfull though as most use css, archival methods and are plain more simple to add content to.

Create a wordpress blog for your domain, use static urls, get backlinks, post as much unique content as you can, use keywords wherever possible and you will have a blog that is seo optimized. That's just a rough overview btw.

If your planning on getting a blog or any site listed under popular keywords in the se's and you want it to stay there your seo project will be ongoing. It's good to have long term goals.

When you say static URLs, you mean permalinks in wordpress? Question I was asking is this: I type some content and publish it. After some time, I go to wordtracker and get some keywords and put them in the post. Would the robot recognize the new changes or does it ignore since it is a minimal change ?

I think that the robot and the search engine will recognize every little bit of change. But, minor changes may not do anything to your ranking.

Yes, I mean permalinks. And I'm not sure what your goal is but just adding keywords to any post sounds like keyword spamming. Keywords should appear naturally in anything you post if your blog is about a certain topic. So don't just create posts to fill up with keywords.

If you put in a list of sites to ping they will pick up any new changes you make as wordpress will ping these sites with any new activity. That just means you will get pinged, not that google or yahoo will spider your site.

In wordpress, log in, go to options > writing and at the bottom you will see update services. There is where you can put in a list of sites to ping. Learn more about that here http://codex.wordpress.org/Update_Services

Also, something else that helps is setting up your feed with feedburner which will create a page on their site with your feed others can subscribe to. That page they create from your feed will get picked up by google and will start to appear in the serps. This is good in that your feedburner page will have links pointing to your blog. Learn more at feedburner.com.

    Hope that helps.
