    As you know, for a big MNC they don't care about seo and they mainly thing about site design with high quality of images and flesh etc.
    And we are not able to do more off activity due to corporate guidelines

    So what is your idea to do SEO for a big B2B company which is in industry more than 60 years?
    I am looking answer in:
    - UI/UX point of view
    - On-page optimization
    - off-page optimization

    That depends on how many countries your in and languages your targeting. One option is to create a website for each country. Next is to read this post for an indepth idea of how to structure an international SEO strategy. 3rd, go an easier route and simply translate one website into multiple languages. Make sure to translate each language professionally and create continuous content targeting each languages keywords. Acquire backlinks from each country and point them at the content they support.

    Those MNCs focus mainly on social media marketing, so you can focus there, instead of pushing for SEO.
    Generally, basic SEO is enough for them. Some on page work, like spreading keywords on their product description page, in meta tags (of little use), and in title tag.
