SEO for Arabic Site

I have a client from Saudi Arab and he wants me to promote arabic as well as english keywords for his travel portal on Google.com.sa
I am stucked on this. Any suggestions are welcomed.

well this is the same as english SEO i'd assume. just do keyword research for arabic keywords and build on them.

 

Exactly, its no different to any other language. Just the back link has to contain the keyword in that specific language.
Make sure the links are related to your customers website.

 

It is not a must, but Google has said that if you want to rank within a certain country then they recommend having it hosted on a server in that country so the IP is within that country.

 

@revium: thanks ton for the help. I think getting the server location changed is a good idea.

Now the question is,
1) neither have any content on the website nor is he interested to put content pages.
2) The portal is dynamically generating results. And tracking of the traffic on his dynamic pages is getting difficult
3) Can we get results only by working off page. If yes, what kind of sites should we take to create backlinks

Make use of the arabic keywords on arabic websites and english keywords in english websites. Simple.

 

In my opinion, if you don't know the language of the website on which your are working, then you can't do justice with the project. I don't know what my other friends say.
