When I am searching for backlink building Techniques I found SEO FOOTPRINTS method to find niche sites and forums to place our links in profile sections. When I tested this method on google, it tells me that some unusual traffic is coming from my IP..and it asks me to enter CAPTCHA to prove that I am a human ,not a bot.And also warns me that if this continues it will inform this to my ISP and also will block my IP.

1.How to avoid this and continue searching foot prints on Google without getting my IP banned .Shall I use HOT SPOT SHIELD to hide my real IP ..If not what software and methods can I use to solve this issue?

    2. Are seo foot prints are still worthy to find backlinks ,and if yes,What are the latest SEO FOOTPRINTS for 2012?

Expecting tips and tricks from the you...Thanks

If you get that, more than likely its because your searching google too much so it thinks your a bot or you have malware on your computer

Google recommends this if your getting it a lot: http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html

Clear your cache / history, go and quickly reset your router / use a proxy service

Footprints: Yes they are!... are we going to tell you what they are? probably not :)
