Buying SEO experts to get my site on page 1 of GOOGLE

    Currently my site is page 11 on http://www.google.com for a set of keyword.

    I am looking to get it to page 1.

    I propose a 4 payment system.

    An inital payment to start work off.

    second payment when page 3 of google.com is reached

    third payment when page 2 of google.com is reached.

    final payment when page 1 of google.com is reached.

    Page 3 should be reached within a set period of time (to be discussed between us) otherwise the agreement is canceled.

    Looking for a SEO expert who responds to emails within 24 hours, and takes into account the current links my site has when making any estimates on the success of this project.
