Hi, I have launched my new WP blog yesterday morning. I have 5 Posts as of now, now Google just indexed my home page only, not at all index any of my posts. I have submitted sitemap through WT. I have another website which is ranked well in google and I link it there too. Is it normal for Google to slow down index process for new sites/blog. How long will it take for google to index all posts? Thanks for advice!
Ya, you just wait, Google will care of the rest. hmm, However, if you can do some more bookmarks and try to get some more strong and quality backlinks that will be fine and google will love you more and visit all your pages and always will have an eye on you for new posts. That's why you need to get backlink from a higher rank website. When google find your website in a good pr website, then you can get crawled and indexed. It's quite common for Google to index only your home page on their first visit. Continue to add new pages to your site. If each time they return they find new pages to index, they will up their crawl frequency. Get inbound links directly to your posts (not just the home page), and that should get more and more pages on your site indexed.
Patience is virtue! google will index the rest of the posts, it might take sometime (say couple of weeks) for googlebots to crawl through the site. Quality backlinks might fasten the process and get your site crawled and indexed sooner.
What do you mean by putting the page on facebook? Is it sharing your site in facebook or creating a page in facebook?

Hi You must take back links from happening website where you can find new and updated content on daily basis like forums, articles sites, blog site where you can comment on blog posts. It takes time and if you haven't already, get the Google Webmaster Tools set up for this site and submit your sitemap. I advise adding a new page (or more) a day so google sees the new content and keeps coming back to your site.

IMO, u can try creating a sitemap, a single page which contains links to every single page on your site is created. This is extremely beneficial for the indexing of pages on the site. When a search engine robot found this page, it will follow the links on the sitemap and therefore every single page of your site will get crawled and indexed. A good place for the sitemap link is on the top right side of the page. Hope that will help!
Google will generally find the other pages, but it doesn't help to do a link campaign of 20-50 good links that point to your other pages. Don't solely point to your main domain.
Be patient, wait some time to let Google crawl ur site. Search engines like unique contents, and they don't want to load contents in their database that have already stored. If ur content is duplicate or seemed to be duplicate then Google won't crawl it. And if ur site content is good & unique and still not crawled, then you should get some quality backlinks from reputed sites like digg, dmoz.
