    I think you need to rearrange the menu, banner and content in your site, check it..

    The problem isn't your design, the problem is that you need some backlinks coming into it. If you get some backlinks you will get indexed, here are some sources:

    • ***Create linkbait, content people want to link to.
    • Social bookmarking
    • Article submission
    • Directory submission
    • Blog commenting
    • Forum signatures & free classified ads
