I think you are looking a little too much into this.....these keywords have no competition....you would only need a few strong links to do well
If you are wanting to focus on Minimal competition Keyword phrases, at least do it in a sub-page army fashion rather than your main root. Build your main Root index for a high competitive Phrase & your sub-pages for longtail phrases related to the root. You will eventually find that the combination of Quality content driven pages attract Organic IBL's & aid in competitive ranking in Niche markets (Not to mention the longtail pages provide additional SERP's weight to the main page they point back to). Of course, this is just a basic overview & there are allot of other Elements in SEO / SEM that you should adhere to. I'm just not in the mood to write a book about it on one thread. There are countless articles already available that you can soak some knowledge out of on the net, Google is your friend when it comes to finding what you need - (Hense having something that is both Unique & Quality driven that others search for when they need what you have) - Good luck to you!

All you would need to get in top 10 for those keywords is: - The main keyword in the title tag (which is "masala"); - The other ones spread throughout the UNIQUE page; - A few backlinks which have "masala" in the anchor text in various forms. And since the domain has a reported 808 backlinks on Yahoo, you can do the math.
