I would stay away from Software Techniques for SEO, he ripped off me and a friend of mine. He did the work for the first month, I then recommended my friend for his SEO work. On my second month (my friends first month) he informed me he had another SEO job and had to give up his clients. He did some bookmarking for my friends site and nothing for my site, just took the money and ran. I filed a PayPal complaint but they could do nothing as it was a service transition. On further investigation of his work for the first month I found out he used software to spam my information to blogs. I could tell it was software as the dates and times were the same for large batches of comments, and some of the comment were broken as html was not allowed. My site lost a decent amount of ranking that other decent SEO suppliers had achieved, and it took about six months before I was able to bring it back. Sem-Advance was one of the SEO suppliers that delivered good work before Software Techniques screwed it up. I unfortunately could not afford Sem-Advance`s rates, which is why I ended up at the cheaper option of Software Techniques. As they say, you get what you pay for. If you are convinced that you want him to do the work, then make sure you pay him after delivery.
