Buying SEO Expert Wanted to increase Traffic to failing Website

    Hi,

    I am after a SEO Expert to increase Google Rankings and traffic to a once #1 Ranked site in ALL search engines for 5 years in a row. The site has now dropped off the radar after leaving almost unattended for the last 3 years. I have had the site fully modernised with a fresh new look in the last 3 months.
    All techniques need to be white hat and within Googles terms etc.
