    I have a site which is currently ranking for several keywords on page 1-5 and I need them to rank in the top 3 rankings on page 1.

    I need this work started ASAP.

    The fight with Google Penalization is very big hard now days. I have read about the fact, that not even unique content and quality links can help so much. I have sites from clients that got penalized even doing that - so called - over optimized ! Because some sites appear for high competitive terms #1 and have a very short history of optimization and stick there for a good time.

    I would recomand - a 110% manual work if posible, from the OP who you will chose. And focuse more on few methods that still have effects over rankings and traffic.

    - And everything that has a good PR in return.
