    i have to read the blog and seen it's view source page then this command line is displayed -

    <link rel='archives' title='January 2008' href='http://www.domain.com/blog/2008/01/' /> etc.....


    so p'se explain it and it can effect for SEO rankings for my blog url

    it is archive it’s not any effect for promoting the site or blog.

    thanks a lot for helping but i can read some forums and some seo guys said to this secanario is helping in seo ranking

    so once again my final question is :

    What does the link rel tag do, how, when and where do use it? See

    <link rel='archives' title='April 2007' ref='http://www.domain.com/blog/2008/01/'

    this line appears on several blogs that rank high in SEO. I wondered where it came from and how to use it
