SEO Expert - Help needed

    Hi,

    I have found the following duplicate meta description & keywords tags on home page for one of my clients sites and it is wordpress admin based sites:

    <meta name="description" content="client side" />
    <meta name="keywords" content="client side" />
    <meta name="description" content="my seo friendly desc" />
    <meta name="keywords" content="my seo friendly keywords" />

    So how can removed the one of client side meta tags for that b'ze of it is consider as duplicate meta tags issue for the website.

    Let me know the status ASAP.

    log into your cpanel

    Navigate to where wordpress is installed

    go to wp_include->themes->(what ever theme you are using)-> look for header.php

    you can edit the meta tags from here

    You must be logged on to the account in order to remove that. Ask your client for the credentials.

    log into the word press account and click on all in one seo tab in the left section of the wordpress dashboard..here you can easily modify the metatags..

    well i do think that your client is using an seo plug in try to remove the the plug in so that it will remove the other tag.

    You can edit the source code using wordpress admin section.. You need administrative rights first to do this.
