Hi there, I wonder which of these tools is better to saves time (I tried to made by hand, its much consume time while I still have to works at office too.) and effective seo, worth enough to pay. 1. Seo Elite ($167) 2. Link Assistant ($99.97) 3. Linkmetro.com (web based) ($19.95) At first, I tried linkmetro in free version and found it's difficult to do exchange link until you upgraded to advance memeber. I tried link assistant in free version and impressive what it done to me as sample. Not try seo elite yet, there is no trial version. Any suggesion?? Thanks
Hey Sxperm, I think I can answer this for you - seeing that I'm Brad's brother...not that I "speak for him", but I certainly know about his products a bit (SEO Elite and LinkMetro.com). SEO Elite is hands down the best SEO software out there - and this isn't coming from a biased brother. It truly is. I've tried the others (Optilink, Arelis, and the others). But if you're looking for something that's not as pricey and your main purpose is to exchange links, then you should go with LinkMetro. That's what the service is designed for. While SEO Elite helps you build your link exchanges, it was built for several other SEO purposes - link exchanges was only one. I'm sure that if you ask around on most forums, they can tell you all of the features and powerful uses of SEO Elite other than the link exchange option - though it is pretty sweet. Now - if you're looking to simply exchange links, and you don't want all of the other features that SEO Elite has, your best bet is LinkMetro.com This service was created and designed for this exact purpose! LinkMetro's Advanced Membership gives you the ability to exchange hundreds of links within minutes. It is GREAT at organizing your links pages, and allows you to automatically add, remove, update, request link exchanges, etc... And one thing to keep in mind is that every site that's found at LInkMetro is out LOOKING for link exchanges. There's like 22,000 different sites registered with linkmetro...and all of them are wanting to exchange links. You mentioned that the price is $19.95 monthly. If you (or anyone else reading this post) wants to PM me, I can help you out a bit with a nice discount for LinkMetro. Just give me a quick PM (private message) and I'll try to give you the discount asap. Best of luck! Matt Callen
There is too much confusion. Some say there is no longer any value to link exchanges (unless link is placed on a non links page) and yet others saying this is the only way to get lots of links and enhance SERPS. So far, about 80% of my links have been one way because of the fear of reprisal from Google. I guess I am concentrating on pleasing Google and the other two will follow.
Seo Elite is better than Arelis plus IBP simply because it's an affordable all-in-one alternative. All of them have their strengths and weaknesses but I had more success with the seo elite link exchange directory submissions (by far) than any other link exchange feature on any of the programs. linkmetro.com seems like it would be less work and more benefit than Seo Elite or Link Assistant but if you aren't proactive you will only get a bunch of spammy link exchange requests. You must try to find link partners to link with yourself instead of waiting for them to come to you. That's the same with almost any link service like that. I know from experience that google gives your site more weight If you have a good amount of natural links inside paragraphs on content pages than it does with links in directories or on link exchange pages. I'm thinking about biteing the bullet and getting article submitter software because of this and just writing 3 or 4 articles a month. I just don't want to pay $160 bucks just to get my article on a bunch of PR zero spammy article bot/equalizer sites and blogs.
Depending on what you want to do. If you are just looking to build links, then perhaps a linking service is better for you. Article submissions are a great way to build backlinks to your site, and you can guarantee that you get an on-topic link, because you wrote the article Seo Elite does alot more then just link finding, so depending on your goals, may or may not be suited for your application. Also there is linkmarket.net aswell for a link directory type site. Hope that helps some. Brad
My site is dierctory so "create link page" function is not important for me. Only function I need is to find reciprocal link and I have try LinkAssistant at first and I like it very much. I would like to try seo elite trial version for a test but I've not seen it. I would like to try seo elite trial version compare to linkassistant first, any suggestion?
I guess links from content pages are more important then links from directory pages or from links pages where there are already for example 20 links. You need natural mid-paragraph links. If you can find pages that are relevant to your site topic with only few outbound links it will be the best idea. And if you would like to automate this process use www.linkwizard.net
I have tried SEO Elite and Link Assistant and found Link Assistant better than Seo Elite for the link exachange. But Seo Elite is better when it comes to checking your competitors (one of its features). Link Assistant was more stable to me than SEO Elite and we are using it now for sending emails.... But we also use SEO Elite (when it comes to researching about a site how it is getting its rankings) because of some of its features which are Amazing
Hi, The price of link metro has been quoted here. Is this in USD? I have been trying to access the advance membershp page to upgrade but nothing comes up! v. frustrating! rae
My vote's for Link Assistant. Have tried the trial and I like it very much. You can do competitive analysis (SEO Elite's specialty) manually. It doesn't too much effort compared to link building and link building is why Link Assistance was created.
Well.......SEOElite will be obviously better choice among all three........but have you listen about IBP Arelis........it is the best choice.......
Seo Elite is bar far the best tool for monitoring your and your competor's sites. But for exchanging links you really need to sign up somewhere like linkmarke.net. I haven't been on link metro in a couple of years so maybe it's better now, but back then all I got was requests from really bogus sites with really bad, canned linking structure.
Personally I do the research myself without any of the link building tools. But maybe I should start using them.
I have tried all of the softwares (SEO Suite, I think) of Link-Assistant and I can say I'm pretty satisfied with the quality work the software generate for me. SEO Suite has 4 separate software for different purposes. I will only talk about the Spyglass since we are comparing between SEO Elite, Spyglass and Link Metro. 1) SEO SpyGlass: Look into your competitor's link profile and identify where they get link form and which link has the most value so you can duplicate their method and get PR. I used this tool many times and it took 20-30mins to generate the detailed report of each link your competitor has. But the time is well worth it. You can see the PR, Link value, URL, dofollow or nofollow status of the link. The drawback of SEO Spyglass is you can't save the project, but I guess it's ok for me since I can open the computer all day long and let the project open I have taken a look at SEO Elite but didn't dare to buy it since I'm a bit out of budget right now lol.
