Hello, Upon reading this article at seo2020: http://www.seo2020.com/seo-articles/link-building-strategy.html I decided it might be a good idea to use SEO Elite as a link development tool. I was wondering who else would agree and who else uses the software in this manner. Also, is the add a link feature supposed to be reciprocal, or do I just add my link and wait for them to approve it. thanks, Kenny
Keep in mind that SEO Elite is an automated tool that can get you in trouble for sending unsolicited email.
SEO Elite specifically finds websites that use link forms and allow other websites to submit links. I don't see any problem with using SEO Elite for link building. I tried it once, but the results that are fetched are not extremely great. Some of the results fetched are spam sites which have no link submission form. A few more are those which have the link submission form on it, but the form no longer works. So there's only a bunch full of link partners that are left to exchange links with. Some might go ahead and do the exchange, others wont.
I downloaded the trial of SEO Elite but didn't really think that the full version is worth the money.
Ooops. I thought SEO Elite emailed the sites. (I used a similar program that did). Sorry for the mis-information. ~Adam
Arelis is a program that can send emails to webmasters. However, the user can choose which site to contact exactly. No unsolicited email is sent ever.
It was Link Assistant. It would be OK if it had a few features to help you keep from sending unwanted emails. But the problem still remains that when you send out bulk emails to emails that are not opt-in, you'll get spam complaints, even if you comply with the Can Spam act.
