    MY html site is good in google rank and all keyword in top 20. But now redevelop in .net.
    Please tell me off page effect on my website.

    The simple answer to your question is 301 redirect. If you create a proper 301 redirect from your root directory then there wont be any off page effect or drop in ranking.
