SEO effect on slightly different URLs

Im wondering how search engines would treat slightly different URLs. Like, for example, if there were mega tons of hits on the keywords Super Keywords and www.superkeywords.com was already registered, so you did www.super-keywords.com. Would it still receive those mega tons of hits? What about if you did www.superkeywordsblog.com or www.superkeywordsadvice.com?

    Thanks!

It it doesn't matter as long as the keyword is there and you optimize it properly...

The keyword will not help you if you don't do proper on-page SEO and a little off-page SEO on it.

You won't get any hits if it doesn't rank at all. Although having an exact keyword domain name will really help a lot. I really have a hard time beating those URLs.
