Hi, I just had a look at the following website. cmdb.org (page rank:0, Alexa rank: 3,127,993) It has only 5 pages. The google serp details for its keywords are shown below. cmdb : 6 cmdb software : 9 open source cmdb software : 13 itil cmdb : 18 open source cmdb : 17 But as per yahoo site explorer as well as open site explorer, it has only 2 backlinks and not participated in google adwords. It does not have any other inlinks, other than google adsense and amazon. I dont know how they gained such SERP? please share your comments and suggestions.
For me Google is more reliable than Alexa I have Ipagerank and alexa in my computer I found out that Alexa and Google have differentresult, but I trust Google.
- Exact match .org domain - Unique "just good enough" content - Wikipedia link Exact match domains are still ridiculous when there's no competition. It doesn't make sense, but it works. Decent keyword.
Being in top ranks doesn't mean that your site must have to be visited by most of the users who search for the relevant keyword. Here Alex rank works. And PageRank will have to be updated for your site. Check Google's Webmasters tools for the incoming links and for the numbers of domains made links to your site. It is not mandatory that your opinion has to be followed by all. I do not find any of your posts helpfull. You never help anybody, instead you always come with insulting and self styled expert attitudes. It seems you are using automated forum posting, and I am pretty sure about it.
Its all beyond Google algorithm, as long as a site meets what this algorithm requires, they will rank. PR, Alexa, site size is not direct factors in rankings, contents do.
Its because these keywords are placed in domain and nothing else. check with other keywords, you will not find this site.
according to me domain plays a vital role in seo. In this case content is genuine and unique so site got benefit of it
