SEO domain, site and content - Make an offer!

Hey all,

I have to get rid of a few sites I manage in order to fund a new idea and site I am currently working on. I do not particularly want to sell this site, as it was my first SEO site (that ranks well) and generated a lot of clients and referrals for my biz. I am now working with a select few clients only and do not see a need for me to have this site anymore, but for someone who is thinking about, or who needs an SEO site up right now that already ranks well and has tons of back links, this is a great site to have. Even if you are an SEO who already has a main site, this one could help you get additional clients who are searching online for SEO and marketing.

# of pages = 80 - 100

Google links = 89
Yahoo links = 1000
MSN links = 2500

Ranks in MSN very well, Yahoo pretty well, and Google needs a tad bit more to rank even better!

1st page rankings for "SEO firm" , "SEO consultant" , "SEO optimization" and many more, but I did not want to list too many here.

The site is also listed in DMOZ under 'SEO firms letter T' and Google directory under same category.

I am sure you would want to do a little redesigning of your own, and an update to the content and layout, but all-in-all the hard work is already done and the domain has a good age and PageRank.

What I am trying to say in as few words as possible is...you have options.

Use the site as is, or create a whole new one on the pages with PR.
