I most defiantly relate to the expert opinions.... as a website designer/handyman in Hawaii Im very inclined to have a domain that can target many ideas in one domain.. especially on homes since I remodels and repair them ..... one could not ask for more .... and just being able to target a niche using a domain that allows you to target others in home so relevant to my niche .....
