I wanted to get peoples opinions on the following: When choosing a domain name, is it more SE friendly to use a hyphen ( - ) when seperating two words or simply sticking the two words together with no seperation. ie: www.my-site.com or www.mysite.com Does anyone know if either has any SE disadvantages? Any variations between SEs? thx
I agree that no hyphen urls are easier to type for returning visitors. I would expect SEs to prefer no use of hyphens. Does anyone have any reliable sources on this topic? Its so important to get the domain name perfect for your site.
if your domain name contain more keywords than it is advisable to use (- ). cow it will work as a keyword saperator.
