SEO, Domain & IP: Do I need to Change Host and IP Location?

    From a SEO-perspective, what do you think regarding hosting my blog in Norway with a Norwegian IP when targeting readers in the USA? Would it be better to move it to a hosting company with an IP in USA?

    It would be advtantage to host on US ip. Also there are many other way to target User in US, But make sure you have standard domain name I mean like .com, .org, .net ( not like .in, .co.uk, .au ). then you can do setting in Google webmaster tool where you can set your targeting location to USA.

    Yes. It would be better to move your website in USA.
