Well if you have all the ideas in place, then you should get somebody who has SEO understanding and good writing skills. You might want to get somebody who has already worked on books before that way you don't only get a proofreader but and editor as well.

Than, contact those companies/individuals asking them about their - work ethics, - experience / clients, - achievements and - their pricing And once your are done with the survey, choose the one that fits the bill.
