Buying SEO Consultation About A Possible Google Penalty

I'm having some problems with the Google rankings of one of my sites. I'm looking for someone to diagnose and possibly solve the problem with the site. I've ranked the site on the #1st page for 350 mil broad / 3 mil exact results so I need an experienced SEOer that can at least do the same or better.

    Here's what happened chronically:

    - Site is 1.5 years old, already had rankings for many keywords including some high competition ones.
    - I started promoting for keywords at the end of this June. There were about 10-20 keywords all linked to inner landing pages (did almost nothing for the homepage)
    - Approaching the end of July, the site was on 1st & 2nd pages for most of the keywords (I spent quite a lot of money and time).
    - At exactly the 3rd of August all the rankings disappeared and later I found that the site was listed around 700 (70th page) for the keywords I promoted (again, all about inner pages). A few keywords that ranked for the homepage were INTACT (still on where they were)
    - About a month later rankings started to appear around 50-100 and stayed there for a month or so.
    - After about 2 months from the "incident" my rankings came back on 1st of October for almost all keywords. Rankings were about +10 to +20 better than the time they disappeared. Most of them were on page 1 even for the competitive keywords.
    - Then after 24 hours of happiness, the rankings were lost again and keywords were back to 50 something. Since then rankings are around 50-100 and doesn't rise at all.

    Prior to the "incident":

I have mainly used article submissions to build links. About 90% of the links used the same anchor texts for the pages.

I have only once used profile links service that created about 10+ stuffed links (no content, just links side by side) using the keywords.

I had some blog comment links but those were very few.

I bought a couple of sitewide links from related sites but those were very few again.

I added a "tag cloud" section to the sidebar that linked same keywords to inner pages. Keywords / links were stuffed.

After the rankings came back (in that 24 hours), I bought blog posts on 200 blogs for an inner page. Those posts were indexed in a couple of hours.

And the next day rankings were down to 50-100 again.

I'm looking for someone that has been there. If you've walked through the same path you can help too - you dont need to be an SEO expert.. I'm sure the rankings will be back if I wait enough but I dont want to lose time.

I'll pay $25 for the diagnostics and $25 more for the solution(s). I'm not asking for any complete SEO services yet, but if you can achieve this, I can give all my SEO work to you.

$50 is probably nothing for a good SEO person, so this will be more of a proof of expertise. If you can solve this issue, I'll post a review of your consultation. If you can solve this you can probably solve/rank anything.

I'll contact you in the order of PMs so please be patient. No need to send again.

    Regards,

There is a penalty for bad neighborhood, your all blogpost or blogs may have duplicate content.
I have some suggestion for you, you had bought 200 blogposts, you need to put all 200 blogpost with unique content related to the blog and link.

another 100% guranteed solution is(you need to submit articles only unique article in many numbers of article directory - one unique article to 1 directory).
    Plz don't use spun content.

I had used this technique to remove panelty for many of my clients websites.

If you need any other information , do let me know.

At the first 20-30 submissions I used the same article for all article sites. But then I always used 50% or more unique spun articles. And watch them seperately get indexed in Google.
Those 200 blog posts were 2 months after the initial problem. Also, they were all spun again no two articles were identical

And also, during the penalty I continued to add unique and spun content to same(?) directories. Do you really think Google can match spun content and mark it as duplicate?

spun content will not be 100% unique, so it may count as duplicate
just for saving some bux you are using spun content, why don't you use unique content and enjoyed your rankings?
