Hi, i am suggesting you with some parameters as per my knowledge . For e-commerce you need to maintain unique content for every product and also tag your images with relevant product name and maintain site structure as per user concern.

Ok seeing as how you look so stressed out in your avatar OP here is an answer to ease some of your stress, however you might like to await better more sensible, less confusing answers to. :)

#1 is the best parameter for on site and #2 is the best parameter for where your off site should aim to be to back it up IMHO, sorta like "this example here" with those Meerkats at #2 for the comparison site at #1, but you probably just need to focus and won't need or get all that crazy stuff, as I seem to talk double Dutch half the time, but who knows maybe that could help you to...

Some suggested tips for ecommerce SEO are :-

    - Start with good onpage optimization:
    - Use unique title and description tags
    - Include product reviews/ user comments
    - Make use of internal contextual links
    - Allow product tagging
    - Keep all popular products within 2-3 clicks from the home page
    - Use links within product description
    - Optimize images properly
    - Begin to promote your shopping site on Social Media websites
    - Social network management
    - Social bookmarking
    - Blog integration etc
    - Comparison Shopping Management
(You might find this one a bit gruesome to do manually. You can probably hire some expert for the same)

Write product description so that your pages would have some content and it would work for on-page optimization as ecommerce sites have lots of flashy stuffs so try to reduce flashy stuffs as well.
