SEO Consequences of 301 Redirects

    I am thinking of migrating my existing html website to wordpress because it makes things easier for me to manage. My site is more than 8 years old and if I migrate to wordpress, all the URLs would change, including the home page. I will have to use 301 redirects for all the old urls.

    My question is that what are the seo consequences I am looking at for migrating to wordpress? How much authority would my website and individual pages lose from this. Will there be PR loss or something?
