I sell SEO Service to small-business up to medium-business clients. Some months were so good that I had to outsource work to other freelancers.

I get about 6-15 inquiries per week with a 20% chance of client acquisition. That is about 3-4 new clients per month. I am selling the website because I am venturing into an offline business and I have decided to leave the online industry for good.
