It depends on your budget. I hear http://www.ericward.com is the best link builder and there are lots of others. Are you looking for onsite or offsite work or both? You can get some great onsite tips by posting your url in this forum. If its purely linkbuilding then go for some directory submissions first, its $15 per 100 I think. If all else fails then hire me at the link in my signature.
