I think that is true for any business. In my opinion, customer service is a huge factor. I can deliver the best possible results to you, but if I am unpleasant to deal with, do not return calls promptly, or don't do what I promise with in a time frame communicated, then client will never be satisfied.
Along with a crappy looking website, although looks play no part in SEO unless it slows your websites load time. =)

yeah,, I am definitely agree with you,. Some of the wants of the seo clients is to convert their visitors into client but this not happen for some reasons.

But i think All SEO comapnies follow some strategies and regulations to get successful. stiil there are many SEO comapnies whi have made a long term relationships with overseas clients. We never try turm them back but there are state of affairs which lead them to made sO!!!!

Alot of SEO service providers are people who only read a couple of books and no practire or real results achieved also SEO companies tax INSANE ammounts of cash like 1500$+ a month taken into account that they dont even focus on 2-3 sites for that high price.... People need to lower their prices it is insane to ask such a high amount when they only give you like 40-60 links a month....

That's why many SEO companies has to selective on customer. Most of customer are non technical type person. They do never know and understand the process and time before archive the results they wanted. They just want a result almost instantly and most of their expectation are not possible. Customer has to be more reasonable. They can expect the results but they should not expect too much sort time frame to get it done. Most of keywords desired by customer sides are high to very high competitives, which is cannot get it done easily anyway. SEO company has to be honest and straightforward to the customer. Do not promise things that already know you cannot get it done just to collect money from customer purpose. Being realistic is the key.
I hate this a lot but the truth is that most people don't understand SEO and the rest proclaim to be an SEO expert. Then we have salesman that CLAIM to be the best and screw people over for the money only and don't do anything at all. The last thing is all the companies around the world. This is the wild west, no regulation at all. We have to start making people accountable for what they do. The problem is there is no oversight committee and if they were, money probably would influence them.
