Please share some of your favorite and most effective SEO companies that charge you only AFTER the job is done (monthly ofc). If you own such company still put it in your post, as long as you really follow mentioned condition. I think a list like this would be very helpful, so please give some response (please not post regional non-english ones)
serious companys always demand of prepayments. should be other criterias of choosing company or better to use adwords ;-)
Sorror, I own a seo company and have relations with lots of other owners or freelancers that are very good at what they do. None of them offer any services that charge after the job is done. Anyone who is doing any legitimate seo work for you is going to have upfront fees because there are upfront costs for them to do their job correctly such as getting you listed in legitimate directories (like yahoo or business.com) and other items. Plus it takes weeks of hard work and analysis to getting you ranking well. Plus if you are working with someone who knows what they are doing they should let you know upfront that there is no guarantee for your rankings because it is not something that they can control. You really need to be careful about anyone who says they will charge you after the job is done because typically what they are going to do is use some tactic that will rank you quickly then get your money, then you find out a few weeks or months later that your site has been penalized by google because of the tactic that they used. I would contact some local companies in your area that are ranking well for keywords and contact them to see who does their work for them. You do need to find a company that you can trust.

I agree with Bryanfilm, No body will work for you before paymet.. @Sorror -Ya but you can try getafreelancer.com or scriptlance.com . But you have to pay to site before the work is started.. This will secure both you and the freelance..
Even if these type of companies that did not charge any upfront money for the SEO work they do, I would not want to see a list of them made public. Main reason being the amount of people who would take advantage of them by requesting the work and then not paying that company. Not saying that is what you were going to do, but I wouldn't put it past someone to have already thought about this.
