    I am selling phpseotool.com as a WHOLE! I am NOT reselling the script, just this website.

    My last post got deleted because someone said I was trying to resell the script as my own, that is not the case, I am selling the website.

    The website uses Seo Stats Script, which was $12, I have proof of payment for the script.

    The domain name is registered at namecheap.com, and it is also hosted there for one year, which you will get with the purchase. The two together cost me 49.95.

    The domain and hosting expires on Sun 10/16/2011 .

    The site ranks #3 on google for the search terms "php seo tool".

    The ads are very easily changes to what ever you want in the admin section.

    From adsense the site has made $.75.

    It's earnt 75 cents? That is less than the hosting costs, let alone the purchase price. I suggest you build up its value with Search Engine Optimisation first then sell it for a higher price once it ranks for some competitive search keywords.
