    Google does not recommend any seo service, if you read google guidelines, how can it provide the google seo certificaion. Although there is a lot of site which provide it

    WRONG - google promotes the use of SEO but gives guidelines on the type of SEO's to avoid, and also tells you to research the company and past clients and get a clear explanation of exactly what that SEO company is going to do.

    Why dont you choose some other certification organization

    Google is the biggest search engine but i am not sure that they are gonig to privide their knowledge

    There is an adwords certification and many SEO companies put that logo on their site ti imply an SEO endorsement.

    Go to uspto.gov - Google patents all their technologies, you can find out almost exactly how the engine works if you take the time. Of course knowing what is needed and doing it are two separate items.

    seo is deffinately a pain in googles backside, without companies like us who try to minipulate their results they would have earned a hell of a lot more money by not having to tweak their algorithm and discredit certain ways in which SEO companies work

    i.e. link buying
