Can any one tell me how to prepare a SEO Business plan, am working for an Online tutoring company and i gave them a business plan but they are not satisfied with that, The points that i have covered in my business plan as follows 1. current search engine traffic from google, yahoo, bing 2. how much Search engine traffic That am going to bring in from Jan to Dec 2010 3. manpower required to do that and cost. 4. On page and Off Page activity that i am going to do, on page every body knows so am not detailing it here but am detailing off page as follows 1. Buying links from paid directories (to start with 20 directories intially) and submitting to free directories 2.Buying text link ads from www.text-link-ads.com and by identifying relevant websites on the network to place our text links. 3.submitting Articles on various article submission sites (20 articles initially) 4.Identifying sites that give Information and news on Education, Academics, Career and other Student network websites to get back links for free and paying them if necessary. 5.Identifying education related blogs and commenting by giving our links on their blogs, Participating education related forums and book marking our site on various book marking sites and social networking sites, Though it may not be useful in terms of back links but we may gain traffic and popularity. what else i can give apart from this, also i told them that on what logic i am going to apply to pick keywords etc. can any one tell the above said points are enough for an SEO business plan or anything has to be added or if anybody have any template can you please share that with me.
