I do not want to discourage you, as it does take alot of energy to write a ebook, however write your ebook on the individual techniques as there is not enough detail there.

some beginners may go down the wrong track and they could end up keyword stuffing simply only when they were focusing on the meta tags. Please do continue the work, however cover onpage optimisation in one ebook and provide more details to guide novices.

most important for websites is to get a quality site with quality content with no navigation errors...
