Hello ! I have http://mobile-phones.com.pk website and want an SEO Expert to build quality backlinks. Job is on monthly basis. around 800 to 1000 backlinks required per month. I think to get good amount of links and with a variety of techniques your budget should be around 150-300$. That is more than enough as your monthly budget.
